(1) If there is a request from the provincial government to provide maps and statistics of all the local levels within its province, the department shall provide the land use map and statistics of such province.
(2) If there is a request for a land use map or related details from any ministry or subordinate agency or local level of the Government of Nepal, the department shall make such map or related details available.
